The Llimestone Snow Hawks snowmobile club hosted a Poker Run over the weekend and the good turnout is probably a good sign the event will become an annual affair. Rogue Snowmobilers joins with Diamond Lake Resort to host a one of kind poker run. Come join Rogue Snowmobilers and all your snowmobile friends at Diamond Lake on February 15th. This is the largest event of its kind in the western states. Your entry includes a tour around Southern Oregon. Join us for Winterfest 2020 Snowmobile Poker Run! T he 23rd Annual Snowmobile Poker Run is an all day event with registration on Friday evening and Saturday morning 7:00 - 9:00 am. Friday evening enjoy a bonfire at the Lakeside. Free food, warm fire and soft drinks are available on the mountain. After the run there will be raffles, a live auction and fun for all!

What Is A Atv Poker Run

ATTENTION

All Snowmobile Registrants will be required to provide valid registration and liability insurance for each sled which will be ridden in the Poker Run at the time of Registration. Failure to do so will eliminate you from participating in the Poker Run. This is a DCNR requirement which our club must comply with in order to hold the poker run.

POKER RUN

Location: Environmental Learning Center in Black Moshannon State Park (Directions and parking information). NOTE: Registration location has changed this year. We are having registration at the Environmental Learning Center in the Park

The Environmental Learning Center is located in the heart of Black Moshannon State Park across the lake from the swimming area.

Registration Time: 8am – 11am
All Snowmobile Registrants will be required to provide current registration and liability insurance of the sled which will be ridden in the Poker Run at the time of Registration.

Cost: $10.00/Snowmobile

PokerWhat Is A Snowmobile Poker Run

Poker Run Time: 9am – 4pm

At this time there are 5 stops planned and there will be two bags at each stop. There will be a bag for the adults and a bag for the kids to pick from. Maps will be distributed when you register.

SNOWMOBILE DEALERS

Snowmobile dealers will have sleds on display at the poker run. Some will also be selling clothing.

PARKING

There will be no snowmobile trailer parking permitted at the Philipsburg Rod & Gun Club. If you are familiar with the area, parking will be available at Harpster’s, all forestry parking lots, and in the Black Moshannon State Park. Please refer to the Black Moshannon Snowmobile Trail Map for parking locations and click here driving directions.

HERE’S THE DETS:
Registration starts from 7am to 8:45am at Steel Wheel Trading Post. Participants have 5 hours to return to the designated ending point: this is NOT a race! Your time between stops does not matter – enjoy the ride – but play safe, friends! The Best poker hand wins: cash prizes will be awarded to the 1st, 2nd & 3rd place hands. Awards take place at Steel Wheel Trading Post @ 2 pm; participants must be present to receive any winnings!

Preregister at the Lead Area Chamber of Commerce or the day of at the Steel Wheel Campground/Trading Post .

$20 Registration Fee for 5 cards, 5 card draw. $5 for additional card upon return.
